Patrick Towell Consulting is a Strategic Design Management consultancy which combines a business-like approach with design processes. We help you untangle your strategy, services and communications and bring together them together in a coherent whole .

As policy and business advisors, we work with both the private and public sector to:

• design and launch services to be feasible, marketable and useful

• make your marketing and communications strategic

• define your strategy in terms of your services, communications and organisation
  

and to validate these through the involvement of users and stakeholders.

We use design processes to manage complexity and risk. We use business and management experience to make things happen. We use every approach and discipline we can lay our hands on (and that’s quite a few) to solve really difficult business or public service problems.

For the avoidance of doubt, we are not graphic designers, nor a communications or web agency, although we work with many.  We manage them or commission them rather than do that kind of work ourselves.
